Fort Myers’ Iona area is chosen by condo buyers for its proximity to the water. Gulf Harbor condos are close to many popular restaurants, shopping, services and the U.S. 41 commercial district.
Waterfront condos along the Caloosahatchee all enjoy sunset views, as well as watching a steady stream of interesting boats floating past. Southwest Florida is great for fishing – both back-bay and offshore, so perhaps a Fort Myers condominium would satisfy the angler in your family.
